POST-WORKOUT RAW ENERGY BALLS

These energy balls are a perfect snack post-gym. Packed full of vegan goodness while still being super energising and incredibly chocolatey. Whizz these up and snack on them throughout the week. Makes 16-18 balls

| INGREDIENTS |

200g almonds
12-14 medjool dates
2 tablespoons almond butter
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons chia seeds
3-4 tablespoons raw cocao powder
1 heaped scoop Arbonne vegan fibre boost
3 heaped scoops Arbonne vegan vanilla protein

| optional extras |
handful goji berries

Blend almonds in a food processor for 20-30 seconds until crushed. Pit the dates and add them and all the other ingredients to the food processor. (If adding goji berries, put them in now) Add 6 tablespoons of water and blend until the mixture is perfectly blended together. Roll the mixture into balls (note: expect to get messy) and pop in the freezer  to set for at least 1 hour if not longer, then transfer to your fridge and keep in an airtight container.
